Kuestionnaire: Frightened Rabbit

Kuestionnaires, Music

Through a wash of loose, overdriven guitars and thunderous drums, a thickly accented Glaswegian voice stumbles and allures throughout a landscape of melodies. This is the structure of Frightened Rabbit’s third full-length album, The Winter Of Mixed Drinks, eleven songs of ambitious focus and monumental proportions. Each track is a mini-story right down to its charmingly sloppy title. The band’s honest and overwhelming journey of sound means there’s no shortage of moving drama to fill up the listener’s ears as well as penetrate the heart of the listener. You’ll find that Frightened Rabbit are an irresistible combination of brilliant songwriting and pop accessibility.

You can buy the Winter of Mixed Drinks .
