I will refrain from making any stupid puns regarding the bands name…but it’s going to be hard. Anyway, Brooklyn based shoegaze-folk act The Library includes former members of Mayflies USA and The Comas and doesn’t seem to stray away from the signature relaxed sound of both bands. The band will be doing September residency shows at Pete’s Candy Store in Brooklyn. They’ll be playing every Monday starting at the 7th going to end of the month. All shows are at 9pm. So if you’re in area, there is no excuse to miss out. If you’re not in the area go and download their entire album The Life and Times of Rosa Lee for a small fee.
