Brooklyn indie star child George Lewis, Jr. aka Twin Shadow has been making significant waves in the modern dreamy new wave genre and his recent full-length debut, Forget, has been receiving a fair amount of positive attention and criticism. The catchy and synth heavy Forget was released on Terrible Records, which was founded by Grizzly Bear’s Chris Taylor (who also produced the record) and may be a proper launch for this unique artist. The album divides it’s emotions of loneliness and carefree inhibitions quite eloquently with chiming keyboards and shiny synth-pop with a touch of new wave tribute. Just getting off his tour in the UK and France, Twin Shadow will join Glasser as well as Bear in Heaven for a few US tour dates. Do your best to catch this talented gentleman.

not any of the top of my head, but i haven’t had much time to go to shows

When they come out with a zombie series that does as well as True Blood it will be the theme….

in the seat of a race car doin donuts on the grass after my victory lap

if you can see it is huge!!!!!

i unplug my guitar at the peak of the set all the time, it is a most embarrassing habit

hotlanta georgia, austin texas, and san fran, LA we fuckin love cali

chilling in a hotel room in paris, drinking red wine, living the stereotype and loving every moment….
